Our Team

	Bonnie Lee is CEO of Travel Quest. She's been in the industry for 14 years and has been continually recognized for her innovative ideas and success. Most recently, the Mpls/St. Paul Business Journal named her as one of their "25 Women to Watch" for her leadership and role in the travel community. Now that her four children are fully grown, she enjoys taking trips to Cancun and the Caribbean to keep an eye on all the new resorts and remodels. When she's not working at her storefront or from home, you can find Bonnie gardening, walking, or starting up a new project.
	Walter Lee is the CFO for Travel Quest. Walt is the Engineering Officer for the Minneapolis Fire Department along with doing the bookkeeping and technology for Travel Quest. His unique background in logistics, technology, and budgeting have been a huge asset to Travel Quest for the past 14 years. Walt enjoys reading, cooking, and remodeling/ construction. The office is lucky enough to enjoy Walt's delicious cooking every Friday when he brings a home-cooked meal into the office. So if you're in the area on a Friday, let us know and we'll set an extra place setting!
	Jean Engstrom is our Agent Support Coordinator. Prior to joining Travel Quest, Jean attended the Travel Academy in Bloomington, Minnesota. Jean has traveled the United States, Mexico and Europe; including France, Spain, Italy and Slovenia. She has been married for 32 years and has two children ages 26 and 30. In her spare time she likes to read, ski and of course, travel.
	Stephanie Lee works as the Marketing Director. Her experience in project management, event planning, website development, and teaching are a great fit for Travel Quest. Among other things, Steph works on planning trainings, supplier updates, and other events for our independent contractors. She's had the opportunity to live in Northern and Southern California, Colorado, New Hampshire, and Uganda.  She thoroughly enjoys travel and adventure, tennis, going off the beaten path, and being outside.
	Jordan Pattee is one of our Travel Advisors. Jordan has over 10 years of experience in the travel industry and is a wealth of information having worked in group, leisure, incentive, and corporate travel.  She's had the opportunity to travel to many amazing destinations such as the Caribbean and Mexico, multiple places in Central America and Europe, China, and her favorite place on Earth, Fiji. She loves the opportunities and challenges that travel offers and cites that as her reason for joining the industry.
	Michelle Voeller holds the positions of Travel Advisor. Michelle has worked in the customer service/retail industry for over 28 years, three of which have been in the travel industry. She has traveled extensively in the United States with visits to New Orleans, Glacier National Park, NYC, San Diego, Yellowstone, Washington DC, and Chicago to name a few. Her international travels include Nassau, Riviera Maya, and the Dominican Republic. Michelle has been married for 24 years and has two lovely daughters. One of her favorite things to do is bake goodies from scratch. Coming in a close second is enjoying the outdoors during every season. That's right, she even enjoys the Minnesota winters!
	Erica Gindele works as Travel Advisor.  She launched her career in 1999 when she graduated from the Carlson Travel Academy with honors.  Erica specializes in Mexico and has traveled extensively throughout the country including Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, Cozumel, Ixtapa, Puerto Vallarta, and Mazatlan.  She’s also been a visitor to domestic destinations like Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Washington D.C. and Florida.  Erica’s a natural event planner and loves to work with clients on destination weddings.  When she’s not spending time with her sons Owen and Andrew, Erica enjoys cooking and entertaining
	Chief is the official Office Greeter. His interests include sleeping, sleeping, and sleeping. Chief's secret talent is that he loves to howl with the piano or harmonica. While he'll sing to any genre, his howls become increasingly soulful when someone plays the blues.
